I encourage someone with coding skills and a computer loaded for bear to have at it.
My next concern is that current terminology may:
1) Keep victims from finding information and/or other victims; thus, from speaking out, and
2) Alienate those in a position to help us.
I suggest we do away with unique and/or misleading titles and stick to phrases, such as "group-stalking" and "group-stalking victims" that are written in the stalking statutes and recognized by law enforcement.
Speaking of alienation, the Department of Justice (DOJ), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Armed Forces, state and local police, etc., are the authorities put in place to help innocent victims of crime.
Corruption exists in all branches of government, as do good people, who strive to uphold justice for all. But, NO ONE is going to give us a break if we cast blame on our government, it's agencies and everyone else in a position of authority!
